The presented machine setup, designed and built by OVIBRA, is a comprehensive solution for conveying, separating, and storing aluminum dust. The installation was developed to ensure high process efficiency, precise material segregation, and safe handling of bulk raw materials.
The process begins at the PVBK Vibratory Feeder, which is responsible for the even, controlled feeding of the aluminum dust material into the next stage of the installation. The material then moves onto the VPI Vibratory Screener, whose task is to precisely separate the raw material into two particle-size fractions.
The fine fraction, after passing through the screener, is directed straight into Big Bags, allowing for convenient storage and preparation of the material for further conveying or sale.
The coarser fraction, meanwhile, is conveyed by another PVBK Vibratory Feeder to the Spiral Conveyor, which handles the vertical transport of material to a higher level of the installation. This solution allows efficient use of production space while maintaining process continuity.
After vertical conveying, the material moves onto another vibratory feeder, which feeds the coarser fraction in a controlled manner directly into the storage silo. This enables safe accumulation of the material for further use in subsequent technological processes.
The integrated OVIBRA machine system ensures precise fraction separation, smooth material conveying, and optimized storage processes, contributing to increased efficiency and reliability of the entire installation.
