OVIBRA-brand inertial vibratory feeders are designed for feeding and conveying bulk and lump materials. The main advantage of this type of machine is its simple design and its suitability for materials with fine, medium, and coarse grain sizes, up to 200 mm.
Throughput in these feeders is adjusted by changing the position of the counterweights in the motor-driven vibrators. In addition, for specially built Vibratory Feeders, an additional stepless throughput adjustment of +/- 20% is possible via a frequency converter. The trough of the device can be fitted with lightweight covers or feed hoppers. Feeders can also be built as dust-tight or noise-dampened machines. The feeder trough can be made of carbon steel or acid-resistant steel. Throughput depends on the type of material and the size of the feeder.
