– Stationary screen frame – because the components that transmit vibration to the screen in these machines are the exciters, rather than the entire screen frame as in traditional screeners, the machine transmits practically no vibration to the surrounding structure or the ground it stands on.
– Energy efficiency – since there is no need to excite the entire device (screen frame), only the screen deck itself, small, low-power vibrators can be used.
– Automatic screen cleaning – as one of the few machines of this type available on the market, VPI vibratory screeners are excellently suited for screening both dry and slightly moist materials (up to 5% moisture). Thanks to their design and specially matched operating mode, they ensure effective screening even with materials that have a strong tendency to clump, cake, stick, and clog the screens.
