Comprehensive chip conveying, crushing, and dewatering system

The offered system is a comprehensive solution for conveying, size-reducing, centrifuging, and preparing metal chips for further use or sale. The entire process was designed for maximum efficiency, automation, and recovery of valuable raw materials and process fluids.

The process begins at the Transport Elevator, which lifts the ribbon-type chip to the appropriate height. The material then moves onto the Discharge Chute, from where it is fed directly into the VAC Crusher. The crusher reduces long, tangled chips into a finer, more uniform fraction, significantly easing further processing.

The crushed material is conveyed upward by an SBC Steel Belt Conveyor, which feeds it into the industrial centrifuge. Through the action of high centrifugal force, the centrifuge effectively separates process fluids – such as oils or coolant emulsions – from the solid material. This not only recovers valuable process fluids but also significantly reduces the moisture content of the chips.

After separation, the dry, fine material moves onto another SBC Steel Belt Conveyor, which transports the finished product for further use. The resulting chip has low moisture content and a uniform fraction, making it ready for sale or further processing, such as briquetting.

The installation is completed by a dust-collection system with a Cyclone, used to clean process gases of solid particles and dust. The cyclone effectively improves air quality in the work area, increases workplace safety, and helps maintain high environmental standards.

Integrating all elements into one coherent system optimizes chip management, reduces conveying and storage costs, and increases the value of the waste by converting it into a fully usable secondary raw material.
